Summer 2010 News

In July 2010 Year 6 performed their end of year musical 'Talent' based on the parable of the talents. Star performances included some wonderful solo singing and dancing and the class were well supported by the year 5 choir. The PTFA held a very successful summer fayre and infants and juniors enjoyed challenging themselves and each other at our annual sports day.

In June 2010: Many of our classes enjoyed class trips and our two oldest classes enjoyed residential opportunities. Year 6 stayed for five days in Torquay, taking part in many activities including bracken beating in Dartmoor and visiting Buckfast Abbey. Year 5 took part in a joint retreat weekend with children from three other local Catholic Primary schools, enjoying abseiling, grass sledging, fossil hunting and a beach walk as well as art and music activities with a spiritual focus, prayer times and celebrating Mass.
